• Products: Refers to Aadhan’s mobile application, website, and any future digital products or services provided by the Company.

FEATURES AND FUNCTIONALITY

• Auto Recommendation: Personalized news suggestions based on user behavior.
• Citizen Reporting: Users can submit news, photos, and videos for editorial consideration.
• Category Management: Customize your news feed according to your preferences.
• Push Notifications: Receive real-time alerts and updates.
• Interactions: We may monitor engagement for service improvement and personalization.

ACCEPTABLE USAGE POLICY

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, users must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Share offensive, defamatory, or misleading content.
• Attempt unauthorized access, hacking, or system tampering.
• Use bots or scrapers to extract data.
• Impersonate others or misuse Aadhan's name.
• Submit plagiarized or false citizen reports.

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

ACCOUNT USAGE & TERMINATION

• You may delete your account at any time.
• Aadhan reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for any violations of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
• We may deactivate accounts compromised by fraud or unauthorized use.

CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content (articles, videos, media) is the intellectual property of Aadhan or its licensors.
• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution for commercial purposes is prohibited.
• User-submitted content (e.g., citizen reports) grants Aadhan a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute such content.
• Aadhan is not responsible for third-party or user-generated content.
• Content in violation of our policies may be removed at our discretion.

PAYMENTS

• Citizen Reporters are compensated based on content quality, engagement, and exclusivity.
• Minimum redemption threshold: ₹500. Payments are disbursed in the third week of the following month.
• Bonus payments may be awarded for high-performing content.
• Aadhan reserves the right to modify or revoke promotional offers and payments.
• All payments are subject to applicable taxes and deductions.

SAFETY & SECURITY

• Our Products include security measures to protect digital materials.
• Tampering with or bypassing security features is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• Aadhan is committed to maintaining a safe platform but does not guarantee complete immunity from malware or cyber threats.

WARRANTIES & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

• Aadhan does not warrant uninterrupted service or freedom from viruses/malware.
• We act solely as an intermediary and are not liable for third-party content or unauthorized data breaches.
• All implied warranties are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

INDEMNIFICATION

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aadhan, its employees, officers, directors, agents, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from:
• Your use of the Products,
• Violation of these Terms or Privacy Policy,
• Infringement of any rights of a third party.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
